If you feel called to be a sponsor, or donate a gift or items from your company, please reach out to swgsponsorship@gmail.com. We will follow up with you within 1 week, providing a custom package for your brand. Our Director of Partners & Sponsorship, Lauren Meyer, will guide you through the onboarding process which includes getting your logo files and providing a partnership activation calendar.

We connect with every potential partner before providing them a custom package, to ensure that our partnership is specifically catered to meet your current needs. Objectives for our partners usually include facilitating brand awareness, creating content, or generating leads. Please note that we cannot specifically guarantee purchases or conversions.
After the event is over, you’ll receive a recap PDF showing how you and Spirit Weavers collaborated for the 2026 event, including the estimated amount of impressions your brand received overall. We use general data collected online and throughout the event to fine-tune future partnerships, but we don’t sell any of our community’s personal data.

Spirit Weavers’ sponsorship program is a key part of our community. Our partners offer funds, products & donations which help tremendously in ensuring gathering staff and instructors are paid a living wage, branded pop-up experiences can be developed ethically and sustainably, and land facilities can be upkept for generations to come.
It is also through communal offerings that we are able to open up scholarship possibilities to women in need of assistance. Throughout the gathering we hold raffles that include handmade items, services, free entries to the gathering and so much more. All proceeds go to the following years scholarship program. Each year we offer 15-18 scholarships for Women of Color, Mothers, DisABLED Beings, and Elders. Spirit Weavers Gathering recognizes the importance of Solidarity and Allyship work. A variety of scholarships is just one of the many ways we continue to open the space for all walks of life.
Future goals for Cedar Bloom will be to put the land into a Conservation Easement so that the land can never be developed and will stay pristine for the future generations to come. We are also working on creating a BIPOC Sanctuary on the land so that BIPOC folks can come and stay in one of our Accommodations built by Kapwa out of Portland, allowing rest and nourishment without having to ever pay.
